This notice covers the website floorplantohome.com. The app has its own terms, which you see when you are invited. Questions or requests: privacy@floorplantohome.com.

Browsing this website

  • No cookies. This site sets no cookies and shows no cookie banner because it does not need one. One small script animates the drawings and sliders; it sends nothing.
  • Cookie-free analytics. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies or local storage and does not follow you across sites; we see totals such as page views, referring sites, countries and page load times, not individual visitors.
  • Server logs. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
  • Everything else is ours. Fonts, drawings and images are served from this domain. The only other third party is Cloudflare Turnstile, on the waitlist page only (below).

The early-access waitlist

  • What we store. Your email address; your country or city and whether you have a floor plan, if you answer; that you gave consent and which wording you saw; the page you signed up from; and the date and time.
  • What we do not store. Your IP address. To stop abuse we keep a keyed hash of it that changes every day and cannot be turned back into the address without our key, and we delete it after 24 hours.
  • Why. Only to email you when a place in early access opens, and to understand where interest comes from. No newsletter, no marketing from others, and we do not sell or share your email. We use it because you asked us to (your consent).
  • Where. In a Cloudflare D1 database that belongs to this website, separate from the app. Only we can read it.
  • How long. Until you ask us to delete it, and at most 24 months after you sign up.
  • Deleting it. Email privacy@floorplantohome.com from the address you signed up with, and we delete your entry and confirm. You can also ask what we hold about you.
  • Spam check. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile runs in your browser on that page only and sends Cloudflare technical signals from your browser for that check; Cloudflare says it does not use them for advertising. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.
