How it works

How it works, step by step.

Your home is recreated once from its floor plan. Everything you see is made from that one home, and everything you do changes it.

  1. i.

    Bring your plan

Add the floor plan from your listing on Zillow, Redfin or any site, as an image (PNG, JPEG or WebP). The walls, doors, windows, rooms and stairs are read from it. You can also start from a blank plan and draw.

  2. ii.

    Check your home

Plan and home side by side. Correct a wall or a door on the plan and the model follows. Add floors and stairs.

  3. iii.

    Furnish with AI

Ask for a style or a specific change. Real furniture at real sizes, walkways and door swings clear, every change undoable.

  4. iv.

    Choose materials

Finishes for walls, floors, ceilings and each piece, or upload your own texture, scaled in real metres.

  5. v.

    Save cameras and render

A quick preview first, then a photoreal render that keeps the exact version of the design it shows.

What stays true

Rules the model keeps.

  • Real sizesTextures are scaled in real metres, not stretched to fit: a 60 cm tile is 60 cm in every room, on every wall.
  • Renders rememberEach render keeps the version of the design, the view, the materials and the lights it was made from. Edit the room later and the old render stays as it was.
  • Furniture keeps its finishMove a sofa to another floor and it keeps its fabric and finish; it is the same piece, moved.
Privacy

Your plans stay yours.

Your plans and projects are private to your account. They are never shown on this site, and the drawings here are concept illustrations, not anyone’s home.
